Do your hand exercisers come with a warranty?
We are an honest business, so we do not believe in putting warranties that are not true.
Most companies you see on Amazon that are selling do not even have a website and a lot of them won't even exist for a lifetime or even 1 year. If you PM us, I can send you examples of may companies who have mentioned Lifetime warranty but then there are so many reviews on the listing where buyers have made claims and seller hasn't responded.
Now, consider the example of you purchasing some sports equipment from DICK’S sporting goods, Cabelas, you will notice that seldom they come with any sort of warranty, and certainly there are no warranties for things like Stretch Bands etc. as reasonable wear and tear is expected, so when it does break people usually replace it.
That said, the material we are using is high grade and designed to last a long time if used and maintained in the right way, but normal wear and is expected. If it did happen however that it did break without you getting enough use out of it, I can assure you that we will send you a replacement if you contact us. -
What\'s the diameter of the finger holes?
The holes are roughly 5/8 of an inch. At first, it's a little tight, but it does stretch out after use.

Can this work for smaller hands, let\'s say 12 year olds?
If you read through the reviews, there is a review from a mum who bought it for her 12-year-old suffering from CP and it helped her son. If it is for finger extension, then it really depends on the size of the hands, so it is hard for us to confirm whether or not it will fit.

Will this help people with rheumatoid arthritis particularly stiff fingers?
If you are wanting generic advice then yes, people do purchase it for getting their fingers more mobile, but everyones condition is different. The best thing to do here is to consult your health care provider for advice. It would be wrong for us to give you medical advice as we do not understand the seriousness of the condition and would not want to be held liable. How strong is the resistance in these?
There are two different resistance strengths in the package. As you start out, it is always recommended to start with green.
When people first start to use the green, their first impression is that it is too easy, but once they learn the proper way to use it, they understand it isn't actually that easy.
For most people, green is a good enough resistance to start with, then when you feel like you can handle a stronger resistance, then you can move to using the red. -
How do you clean and sanitize the hand exercisers?
