Can I use a ceramic dripper with this carafe?
That would actually depend on the type of coffee filter you have.
Please note that our this carafe's inner mouth measures 1.57 inches or about 4 centimeters, so any filter that fits into this hole without falling should work well with the carafe. One trick we highly suggest is you cut a hole of the same size into a piece of paper and see if it fits the filter you currently have.
Otherwise, we recommend that you take a look at other models of our carafe to find a size that suits your filter best.

What is the top of the lid made of?

Is it okay to store this carafe into the fridge?
That is a wonderful question! Since our carafes are insulated and has double wall stainless steel, putting it in the refrigerator will be of no use, as the inside temperature of the drink won't be affected.
You may want to take a look at out Glass Pitchers instead (we have 3 variants!) that are both stovetop and refrigerator-safe. -
Will I be able to put ice through the carafe\'s mouth?
The carafe's mouth measures 1.57 in/4cm in diameter, so you should not have any issues in fitting ice cubes inside to keep your drink extra cold.
The carafe is also fully lined with insulation so you can enjoy your drinks icy cold no matter where you are! -
How do I clean this carafe? Is it safe to be put in the dishwasher?
We do not recommend putting the carafe in the dishwasher or submerging it in the sink as water can penetrate through the inner and outer cylinders and damage the insulation.

Very nice looking carafe. I am concerned that the spout, lid, and handle get quite warm. Is some of the heat escaping (not being retained inside) from the coffee? Is there an insulator missing from my new carafe?

The carafe handle is full metal, so it is bound to get a little hot especially if you are putting Boiling hot water inside. If you however, touch it the second time, it won't be hot. Also if you do not fill it to the top, it won't be hot as well.
There is no insulation at the top except a tiny bit on the cap region because if you insulate it from top as well, upon opening, the carafe can explode. No thermal carafes are insulated on the top including plastic handle style. The only difference with plastic handle ones is that heat will not be felt on the plastic.
This carafe is meant for those who are health-conscious as we have ensured no plastic makes contact with your drink in anyway. The lid stopper is made of silicon which is safest material to be used in Kitchen.
