Will I be able to control the amount of product being dispensed from the dispenser?
One thing good about this soap dispenser is that you can control the amount of soap to be dispensed according to your needs.
There are 5 adjustable levels to choose from, which you can access by pressing the "+" button on the pump. -
How long will it be before I need to change the batteries?
Your soap dispenser should be able to go through minimum of 3000 cycles, provided that they have decent alkaline batteries inside.

Can you put mouthwash instead of soap in the dispenser?
That's actually an interesting question. Ideally, our soap dispenser is great for thinner liquids than thicker, cream type ones, so mouthwash shouldn't be a problem.
One thing to remember though is that mouthwash has almost the same consistency as water, so you would need to adjust the pump to its longest setting. You can do this by pressing the "+" button. -
Can I use liquid foaming soap on the soap dispenser?
Foaming soap dispensers have a different mechanism to liquid soap dispensers.
This one is a liquid soap dispenser. I believe you can put foaming soap inside and try but it wont FOAM, it would most likely dispense as a liquid only. -
Where are the batteries located?
We're happy to tell you that unlike other dispensers, the battery compartment is on top which means no water gets inside.

Does this dispenser have an automatic drain?
Our automatic soap dispenser does not have a drain so you do have to wash it every now and then to keep it clean and dry.
Other than that, you don't have to worry about anything else besides using a good alkaline battery with it and it'll last you a long time. -
What are the dimensions of the caddy?

Can I mount the dispenser on a wall with tape?
I regret to inform you that this is not a mountable type of dispenser. However, you can easily place it near the kitchen or bathroom sink as the picture shows. Let us know if you need help with anything else!

Can I store both my kitchen sponge and scrubber in the caddy that comes with it?
That would depend on the size of your sponge and scrubber. The dimensions of the caddy are as follows: Width - 2.4", Length - 5", Depth - 3.3", but if your sponge is a little bigger, you should be able to fit both with the help of a little fold.

What type and size of batteries does this soap dispenser require?
This soap dispenser requires 4 pieces of AA size Alkaline batteries. Please take note that batteries are not included in the package, but you can easily buy them anywhere.

What kind of soap is best suited for this dispenser?
One thing that is common with most automatic soap dispensers is that they cannot lift soap that is too thick, so if that is what you currently have, we would recommend that you try to dilute it with some water. We cannot exactly tell you which brand is best since there are so many brands in the market and we can't test each and every one of them. However, we recommend you to stay away from soaps which have exfoliants such as beads, flower petals, or fruit pieces as these may block the soap dispenser and hinder it from working properly. We suggest you opt for soaps sold in refillable bottles. If you type in "liquid soap refills", you'll come across brands such as Dettol and Dial, plus many other brands and would find that 90% of these brands should work.
